Dad Gang has generated more than $35 million in revenue, sold more than one million hats, and built a community of more than one million fathers since launching in 2022.

“I have a fun feeling this business is going to get much, much bigger. What Dad Gang has built is rare. These guys are entrepreneurs trying to build as big a company as possible, but the collateral value to the world is what makes it special. Dads supporting dads is one of the great ways to make the world a better place. Two dads seeing each other in an airport wearing this hat and feeling just a little more supported with a micro ounce of humanity. That matters,” said Gary Vaynerchuk.

Vaynerchuk says his involvement reflects his confidence in the company's leadership and growth potential.

“I have to say no a lot. For me to say yes and get involved and be required to contribute, that is an incredible indication of my belief in what these guys are doing. I look for remarkable execution, and these three are that,” said Vaynerchuk.

The partnership will include growth initiatives and content programming, including a planned "Dad Hour" series featuring live question-and-answer sessions with members of the Dad Gang community.

The announcement follows several recent milestones for the company, including partnerships with Shopify and Lids. Dad Gang said its retail presence expanded from 90 to 200 Lids locations within a month of launch and also includes placements with SCHEELS, Pro Image Sports, and independent retailers.

“Through Gary's mentality of 'stop overthinking, be patient in your process, post it and take another shot on goal,' that is how we built Dad Gang. When we started, all we had was hats and our phones. That was it,” said Bart Szaniewski, co-founder of Dad Gang.

Dad Gang was founded in 2022 and focuses on building a community centered on modern fatherhood through apparel, content, and events.
